She's launched and managed projects for Tim Ferriss, Mel Robbins, Reese Witherspoon's Hello Sunshine, and many others. She watched what worked and what didn't.
18 years in publishing is what informs this work.
Nicole now works privately with a small number of authors each year. The work is strategic: mapping the right sequence for their books, platforms, and IP so their body of work compounds over time.
SELF-PUBLISHING
She spent four years at ACX during the self-publishing audio boom, giving her a ground-level view of what independent authors were building before the industry caught up.
GROWING AUDIBLE
At Audible, she spent thirteen years across content acquisition, programming, and operations. She oversaw the acquisition of more than 10,000 titles for the launch of Audible Romance, programmed the Fiction catalog, and helped scale Audible Originals from 17 titles a year to more than 500.
SVP AT PUSHKIN
At Pushkin Industries, she served as SVP and Publisher, working alongside Malcolm Gladwell and Michael Lewis on some of the most ambitious audio projects in the industry.
She's spoken on publishing strategy and audio at conferences across the country. She brings 18 years of industry experience, distilled into direct, specific conversations. Nicole is available for industry conferences, panels, podcast conversations, and private events. Topics she loves talking about include:
