Yes. Some clients come in pre-deal and need help thinking through what they're building before they sign anything. Others come in post-deal realizing they need a different approach. Stage matters less than where you're trying to go.

CAN I APPLY IF I DON'T HAVE A BOOK DEAL YET?

No. Nicole works with authors across all formats and publishing paths. Her background in audio publishing informs how she thinks about rights, sequencing, and IP — but her work is not limited to audio projects.

DO YOU ONLY WORK WITH AUTHORS IN AUDIO?

If you need clarity on direction, start with the Foundation Intensive. If you're in active execution and need ongoing support, the Empire Build is the right fit. If you're managing a complex body of work or media business, an Embedded Partnership may be more appropriate. All engagements are by application, and Nicole will tell you honestly if something isn't the right fit.

WHICH ENGAGEMENT IS RIGHT FOR ME?

Nicole is a strategic advisor — she helps you understand the full value of your work, structure your deals wisely, and build IP that compounds. In some engagements she may assist in a deal-adjacent capacity. But the scope of what she does goes well beyond any single category. Depending on the engagement, that can include manuscript development, connecting authors with the right editors, producers, and narrators, building an online presence, and keeping the work moving at every stage of the process. The word "agent" doesn't come close to covering it. Nicole is a different kind of partner — one built for what authors actually need now, not what the industry decided they needed decades ago.
